This is the second SlashPRO garment I've purchased. The first was the Harrington jacket. which I already left a glowing review for. The second item was their SlashPRO hoodie. I live in the U.S. which makes sending things back to London difficult. I had a sizing issue with my first hoodie order, which would have necessitated sending the hoodie back for a larger size. Instead of putting me through the hassle and expense of sending it back, they allowed me to reorder the larger size at no cost (even no shipping cost), and I was allowed to keep the original hoodie that was too small. Absolutely superb customer service. Plus, like the jacket, the hoodie is super high quality and fits perfectly. Great products and great customer service. Thanks.
